Choose your piece (ring/necklace) → send 3–6 clear photos and engraving/text → we prepare a proof for approval with one complimentary revision → after approval, we hand-finish the piece and pack it in a gift box with a care card.

Typical schedule is about 1 month total: modeling refinement & hand finishing (≈15–20 days) + courier shipping with tracking (≈7–12 business days, location dependent). We’ll email progress updates and the tracking number once dispatched.

Because every piece is made to order and personalized, all custom items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, preference, or after production has begun.
If an issue is on us, we will make it right:

• Transit damage or parcel lost: Contact support within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels). Please provide your order number, unboxing photos/video, and the shipping label. We will arrange a free replacement/remake and ship with tracking.
• Manufacturing defect or incorrect personalization (different from your order): Report within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or remake the item at no extra cost.
• Handmade tolerance: Minor variations in color/texture and small sizing tolerances are normal for handcrafted finishes and are not considered defects.
• Post-order changes: Once an order is confirmed and in production, changes/cancellations aren’t supported.

Response time: We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days. All replacements ship by tracked courier.

We use high-quality jewelry alloy (some models available in 925 sterling silver) with a protective finish. Keep dry, avoid chemicals/perfume/long water exposure, and wipe gently with a soft cloth. Store in the gift box or a dry pouch when not in use.
