What’s included and how does customization work?

Choose your piece (resin or brass figurine) → send 3–6 clear photos and engraving/text (if any) → we prepare a digital proof for your approval with one complimentary revision → after confirmation, we hand-finish, polish, and package the figurine in a gift box with a care card.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After placing an order, we need about 8-10 business days for preparation (including communication and production), plus 7–10 days for shipping. Delivery times may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

What is your guarantee and return policy for custom items?

Because each figurine is custom-made and personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind or preference once production has started.If an issue is on us, we will make it right:

Transit damage or parcel lost: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels). Provide your order number, unboxing photos/video, and the shipping label. We’ll arrange a free replacement/remake and ship with tracking.
Manufacturing defect or incorrect customization: Report within 7 days of delivery. We’ll repair or remake the figurine at no extra cost.
Handmade tolerance: Minor color or texture variations, or small dimensional differences, are normal for handcrafted resin/brass pieces and not considered defects.
Post-order changes: Once an order is confirmed and production begins, cancellations or edits aren’t supported.
Response time: We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days. All replacements ship by tracked courier.
