Choose your necklace style (metal necklace) → send 1–3 clear photos of your pet and any engraving/text you want → we create a digital proof for your approval with one complimentary revision → once approved, we hand-finish, polish, and package your necklace in a gift box with a care card.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After placing an order, we need 24 hours to respond your order, plus 8-12 days for shipping. Delivery times may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

Because each necklace is custom-made and personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind or preference once production has started. If an issue is on us, we will make it right:
