Thank you for choosing Bondwithpet. This policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions below.
Custom-Made Items (Final Sale)
Custom-made products, including but not limited to custom 3D pet figurines, are individually produced based on photos and specifications provided by the customer.
Because these items are uniquely created and cannot be resold:

All custom-made items are final sale

No cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges once production has begun

Minor variations in color, texture, or craftsmanship are inherent to handcrafted artwork and do not constitute defects
Please carefully review all customization details before submitting your order.
Non-Custom Items (Return Eligibility)
Returns are accepted for non-custom items only and under the following conditions:

The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival

Items returned without prior authorization may be rejected.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
If the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the product, packaging, and shipping label

If the claim is approved, Bondwithpet will repair, replace, or resend the item at no additional cost.
Bondwithpet reserves the right to deny claims lacking sufficient evidence or submitted outside the stated timeframe.
Refunds
Refunds apply only to eligible non-custom items that pass inspection.
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time may take up to 10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval but payment has not been received, contact:

Bondwithpet reserves the right to decline refunds if returned items do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to logistics carrier delays, customs clearance, incomplete delivery information, regional accessibility, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the customer.
