OVERVIEW

Welcome to Bondwithpet (“Bondwithpet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We operate this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Bondwithpet is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced or linked on our website (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, accessing, or using the Services, including placing an order on our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of any minor who uses the Services on a device you own, purchase, or manage.
To use certain features of the Services (such as placing an order, joining our newsletter, or creating an account), you may be asked to provide information including your name, email address, billing details, shipping address, and payment information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide such information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by contacting us at bondwithpet@gmail.com. We will handle such requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

Bondwithpet offers both:
  • Custom / made-to-order items (for example, custom 3D pet figurines and personalized accessories created from customer photos); and
  • Non-custom items (for example, ready-made scented products, ornaments, and other pet-themed items).
We make every reasonable effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, materials, and finishes. However, the appearance of products may vary depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting. For handcrafted and 3D-printed pieces, minor variations in color, texture, or details are normal and are part of the nature of the process.
We do not warrant that any product’s appearance, size, or quality will meet your personal expectations or be identical to photos, mockups, or digital previews shown on the site.
All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart in accordance with these Terms.
Bondwithpet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or decline any order, or any portion of an order, for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.
Your order is deemed accepted, and a purchase contract is formed, once you receive an order confirmation email from us acknowledging acceptance and successful payment.
Please review all order details (product, size, options, personalization, quantity, and shipping address) carefully before submitting. For custom / made-to-order products, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. Order changes, cancellations, and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that all purchases are for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING

All prices displayed on the Services are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import duties. You are responsible for any such additional charges.
We may offer promotions or discounts from time to time, which may be subject to additional terms. If there is a conflict between a promotion’s terms and these Terms, the promotion’s terms will govern for that specific promotion.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed with us, and to promptly update your information (including email address and payment details) so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:
  The payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete.
  You are duly authorized to use the payment method.
  Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.
  You will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes and shipping fees.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, PRODUCTION, AND DELIVERY

5.1 Production & Handling Times

Estimated timeframes may vary by product type and destination. Typical processing times are:
  • Custom / 3D-printed figurines and other made-to-order items
    • Modeling refinement, printing, and hand-finishing: approximately 15–20 calendar days.
    • With shipping, typical total lead time is around 3–5 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Non-custom / ready-made items
    • Processing and packing: approximately 3–5 business days.
    • With shipping, the typical total lead time is around 7–20 business days, depending on destination.
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances, production or shipping times may be longer.

5.2 Shipping & Risk of Loss

We ship orders using third-party carriers. Once an order has shipped, you will typically receive a tracking number by email, where available.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control (including weather, strikes, or global logistics disruptions). Delivery dates shown on the Services or in emails are estimates and not guarantees.
Title and risk of loss generally pass to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
If your parcel appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at bondwithpet@gmail.com as soon as possible (ideally within the timeframes described in our Refund Policy) with your order number and supporting photos/video so we can assist you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials on the Services—including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, icons, photos, videos, 3D models, designs, and overall site layout—are owned by Bondwithpet, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws worldwide.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
  • Reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on any part of the Services;
  • Use any Bondwithpet trademarks, service marks, trade dress, or logos without our prior written consent; or
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Services or our products.
Shopify’s names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Shopify and are used under license. All other trademarks on the Services are property of their respective owners.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no license or rights to any intellectual property are granted to you, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as review widgets, chat services, design preview tools, or analytics dashboards) over which we neither monitor nor have full control.
You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, and without any endorsement. We are not liable for any issues arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Your use of such tools is entirely at your own discretion and risk, and may be subject to additional terms imposed by the relevant third-party providers.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, content, or services (including embedded content such as social media feeds or videos). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or policies of such third parties.
If you choose to access third-party websites or services, you do so at your own risk. Any complaints, claims, or questions related to third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant third party.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Note: This section reflects Shopify’s standard requirement and should not be removed or materially modified.
Bondwithpet is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Bondwithpet.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Bondwithpet, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Bondwithpet.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy (available at: https://bondwithpet.com/policies/privacy-policy), and certain personal information is also handled in accordance with Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit may be transmitted to and processed by Shopify and other third-party service providers (such as payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, and advertising partners), which may be located in countries other than your own.
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, and marketing (including tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, etc.). If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content to us or through the Services—including reviews, photos, testimonials, ideas, suggestions, or feedback (collectively, “Feedback”)—you grant Bondwithpet a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Feedback in any media, for any purpose, including marketing and product improvement.
You represent and warrant that:
  You own or have all necessary rights to the Feedback.
  Your Feedback does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
  Your Feedback is truthful and not misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for any feedback you provide and its accuracy. We assume no liability for any Feedback posted by you or any third party.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Services is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:
  • For any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose;
  • To violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation;

  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or intimidate any person;
  • To submit false, misleading, or deceptive information;

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and others) will continue to apply.

SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The information and content provided on or through the Services are made available for general information purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that any information is complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY BONDWITHPET IN WRITING, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BONDWITHPET, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES;
  • ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICE; OR
  • ANY CONTENT, ERRORS, OR OMISSIONS ON THE SERVICES.
IN NO CASE SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bondwithpet, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
  Your use of the services or products;
  Your breach of these Terms or any other applicable policy; or
  Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that our failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may, at your expense, control the defense and settlement of any such claim, and you agree to cooperate with us in the defense.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies or notices posted on the Services (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Bondwithpet regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without such consent will be null and void.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, sale, or other business transaction, without notice to you.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HongKong, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
You and Bondwithpet agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in HongKong for any disputes that are not subject to arbitration or cannot be resolved informally, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
Where permitted by law, you and Bondwithpet may agree to resolve certain disputes through binding arbitration instead of in court. Details of any such arbitration requirement (if applicable) may be set out in a separate Dispute Resolution or Arbitration clause or policy.

The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of any provision.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and revisions on our website. We will provide notice of material changes as required by applicable law. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
